Is n't the population explosion the number one problem of India?

In India the root cause of all most all problems, faced by the country, is unwanted population growth. Mostly Indians do not know what are the ills of the population explosion of India. All developmental activities are being covered by the growing population.
To make every Indians aware regarding this nation importance issue
“ A POPULATION EXPLOSION AWARENESS PROJECT” should be launched in India without any delay.
VERY BRIEF: In this project, a joint venture of Govt. of India, States Govt.,& International agencies UN, UNDP, WHO, UNICEF, UNPFA, USAID, UNAIDS, UNFEM, CEDPA, DFID, WORLD BANK, ADB, IMF etc.
What we need to do in this project, we will have to make it mass catching project of Indians. Basically we will have made aware by organizing meetings at all levels of politicians.
At village level meeting under the village Headman(Pradhan) should be held along with all villagers.
At block level by involving MP, MLA of the area ,Block Pramukh &members(BDC)
At district level District Panchayat Chairman, All MP, MLA, members of panchayat should be the acting members of the meeting.
The leadership of the project at district level should be in the hand of District Magistrate/DC. And at commissionery level it should be in the hand of divisional commissioner.
At state level –a high power committee should be framed in the chairmanship/ leadership of Hon`ble State Chief Minister, who will have a monthly meeting for monitoring & evaluation of the project.
At National level –a high power committee should be framed in the chairmanship/ leadership of the Hon`ble Prime Minister of India. There should be a quarterly meeting of the committee with all CMs & Chief Sec. of the states to get quality implementation of project.
By involving Election commission of India & state election commissions ,we can send strong messages to all political parties throughout the country , over this national issue. For proper publicity we will to give print & electronic media ,a proper place in project.
This project is utmost need of the country, which needs heed at all level without any delay
Hoping very prompt action & heed from all level in the welfare of my country INDIA and the WORLD at large.
